The 2027 Civil Rights Conference will be announced in Winter of 2026!

Since 2004, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Civil Rights Office (CRO) has hosted this annual gathering for subcontractors, prime contractors, concessionaires, and industry stakeholders. This year’s conference takes on even greater significance as it focuses on the sweeping program changes introduced through the Interim Final Rule (IFR). Attendees will receive an early, in-depth look at the new requirements and updates reshaping the future of the DBE/ACDBE and small business programs across the construction industry.
