The DBE Clearance functions as the Department's verification that the conditions outlined in 49 CFR Part 26 have been fulfilled for a specific project. It's imperative that all documentation is accurately filled out and sent to the Alaska DOT&PF Civil Rights Office, along with any additional paperwork requested, to ensure compliance is properly assessed.
