Permitting with DOT&PF

Submit and manage permits for work within State right-of-way, including utilities, access and roadway related activities.
construction zone icon This site supports a new permitting system that is being expanded. Some permits remain in the existing ePermits system during this transition.

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Permit Portal is an online system designed to simplify and modernize the DOT&PF permitting process. The portal provides a centralized, user-friendly platform where applicants can submit, track, and manage permit requests from start to finish. By moving to a digital process, DOT&PF is improving efficiency, increasing transparency, and making it easier for both applicants and staff to coordinate roadway activities and minimize impacts to the traveling public.
