The purpose of a Corridor Partnership Plan (CPP) is to identify and assess key resources along the state byway and identify methods to enhance and promote those features over time. A key advantage to completing a CPP for each state byway is that it enables public and non-profit organizations along the corridor to solicit Scenic Byway Grant funds for projects directly related to the byway. A CPP also enables local residents to pursue designation as a National Scenic Byway or All-American Road when and if there is strong local support.
