AIAS encourages you to watch Alaska's Online Public Notice (OPN) site: Welcome - Alaska Online Public Notices for published opportunities to provide comments to statewide regulatory reform efforts as directed by the Governor through Administrative Order 360.

As previously noticed, the State of Alaska is conducting a statewide, thus agency-wide regulatory review. Previous notices sent by AIAS and its airports addressed regulatory documents directly related to the airports. However, there may be other agencies, such as Department of Environmental Conservation, Department of Revenue, etc., conducting separate regulatory reviews, including requests for written comments and/or public meetings, that indirectly affect the airports.

AIAS is unable to watch for and send information relative to other agencies' initiatives. As such, please consider this note a final reminder to monitor the OPN site regularly and submit comments as instructed as you or your organization see fit.
