Statewide Environmental Office

The Statewide Environmental Office (SEO), led by the Statewide Environmental Program Manager, is responsible for development and implementation of environmental policy and procedures. SEO works closely with the three regions to ensure the Department's activities are implemented in a manner consistent with state and federal environmental laws and regulations.

SEO oversees NEPA Assignment for FHWA projects. The NEPA process under FHWA Assignments is guided by the Environmental Procedures Manual.
