Alaska Utilities Manual

This manual guides DOT&PF in the administration and accommodation of utilities within Department right of ways and lands. Produced with the input from each regional ROW section, it is intended to serve as a reference and guide to the policies, procedures, and processes that affect utility issues encountered by DOT&PF in the execution of its duties and to assist other government entities, such as local governments involved in placing utilities in their respective right of ways. While great care has been taken to ensure all the relevant citations have been provided to the reader, the onus is on the ROW and Utilities professionals to know and keep current on the laws and regulations affecting this manual.
