Need something repaired, refreshed, or maintained? We're here to help at the Facilities Call Center!

The Facilities Call Center is covered between the hours of 7:00a.m.-3:00p.m. Mon-Fri and will handle all facilities related inquiries. Inquiries are split between urgent and non-urgent queues and are processed within the same business day, barring requests that arrive outside of business hours.

Contacting the Facilities Call Center

  • Urgent or immediate matters? Give us a direct call at 907-465-5689.
  • Non-urgent matters please email us at facilities.callcenter@alaska.gov.
  • After hours? Give us a call at 907-465-5689. Urgent requests will be routed to the correct on-call regional delegate. Non-urgent requests will be directed to a voicemail inbox for processing the next business day.
  • Calls are answered promptly and routed to the voicemail selection menu after 20 seconds.
  • Clearly provide your name, phone number, building, and detailed suite/office location. For example (John Smith 123-456-7890, Juneau State Office Building, 1st Fl Waterside Suite 123, back cubicle)
  • All requests are routed for processing within the same business day. This does not always mean work is completed the same day, but that requesting employees will receive acknowledgement of their request, and an update for how it is being routed within the same business day it is submitted.

Work Order Creation

  • Submit maintenance requests for your building/suite online using our easy to use platform "Engage".
  • Log in to "Engage" (https://engage.dot.alaska.gov/engage) with your State of Alaska Single Sign-On.
  • Clearly outline the issue you are facing, or maintenance you are requesting with as many specific details as possible. Please provide photos (when applicable).
  • Engage allows for requester tracking of submitted work order requests. Receive status updates for your requests, such as request "Open", "assigned" and "completed".

  • What is a Non-Urgent request?

    Routine maintenance, minor repairs, tenant inquiries, leasing questions, or general facilities related concerns.

  • What is an Urgent Request?

    Issues that pose immediate safety hazards or could cause damage (floods, alarms, elevator entrapments, etc.)
