Fish Passage Culverts

The Northern Region Hydraulics Group is responsible for the design - or approval of the design if done by consultant - of all fish passage culverts, regardless of size.  The design of fish passage culverts is required to meet conditions detailed in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between ADOT and ADF&G, Design, Permitting and Construction of Culverts for Fish Passage (8/3/01).
