Register for an Account:

Provide the following to your DOT Sponsor, if you do not know who that sponsor is or are working for DOT in a different capacity you can have more than one sponsor.

• Full Name (including middle initial)
• Company you are doing work for
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Locked Out:

If an incorrect password is entered three times, access to the AASHTOWare system will be temporarily suspended for a duration of 40 minutes. After this period, users will be permitted to log in using the correct password.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA):

To log in you will need to use multifactor authentication.

• Follow these steps to set up MFA
• Consultants will need to use their DOT Sponsored email to log in (UserID + 4soa@alaska.gov) and their SOA password.

Forgot Your Password:

Reach out to your DOT Sponsor, and they will submit a ticket to AlaskaNow on your behalf.

Unknown DOT Sponsor:

Reach out to your contract manager for information about your DOT Sponsor.
