AASHTOWare Project Bids and Bid Express Internet Bidding Service
Alaska DOT&PF will accept bids in three formats:
- Created using the AWP Bids software and submitted electronically via the Bid Express service.
- Created using the AWP Bids software, submitting the paper printout by mail or hand delivery - called Manual (ebsx) Bid.
- Traditionally created (handwritten) paper bid, submitting by mail or hand delivery.
Revised specifications will be available after July 1st on the Statewide Design & Engineering site.
