A traffic analysis was prepared for the corridor. The traffic analysis was conducted using Synchro and SimTraffic traffic modeling software, which employs methodology from the Transportation Research Board's Highway Capacity Manual.
Intersection and street segment performance are generally described in terms of Level of Service (LOS). LOS describes the quality of traffic operations and is graded from A to F, with LOS A representing free-flow conditions and LOS F representing severe congestion with stop-and-go flow conditions.
