  3. Environmental Document Completion (May 2020)
  4. Design Completion (September 2020)
  5. Construction:
    • Winter 2020 - Vegetation Clearing & Utility Relocations
    • Summer 2021 - Bridge and Roadway Construction
    • Spring 2022 - Remove Existing Bridge & Install Campground Kiosks
