Project Schedule and Team

The graphic below presents an overview of the project in terms of its main phases, each with related tasks. The environmental phase is now complete. The project is currently in the right-of-way acquisition phase with design at 95% complete.

DOT&PF has hired the following firms to help with this work:

• RESPEC Company, LLC for design, environmental, and planning studies
• Solstice Alaska Consulting, Inc. for public involvement, permitting, and biological assessments
• Quantum Spatial, Inc. for mapping and photogrammetry
• Hydraulic Mapping and Modeling for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Shannon & Wilson, Inc. for geotechnical investigations
