Innovation Development & Efficiencies Advancement (IDEA)
Innovation Team's Mission:
This team is comprised of individuals from across the Region who will explore ways to innovate and improve current practices. This may include new technologies, processes, or any innovation to help the Department realize better efficiencies.
We will be passionate advocates for innovation by pursuing new, relevant, and timely ideas and technology to provide and implement efficiencies across DOT&PF. We will track all new concepts and monitor them for success.
