Summer 2021 Travel Promotions

The Alaska Marine Highway System will offer community travel promotions throughout summer 2021. Promotions will be offered on certain routes and dates and are only applicable on dates as advertised. Discounts offered per route may vary. An itinerary may include multiple segments, however discounts will only apply to advertised legs.

Passenger discounts will apply to full priced Adult, Senior and Child fares. The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional fares, such as youth group discounts, passes or specials. Travelers are advised to figure the relative advantage of one discount over another.
Vehicle discounts will apply to passenger cars and trucks only. Discounts cannot be used for other vehicle categories such as motorhome, short RV's, ATV's, or motorcycles. Discounts do not apply to commercial vehicles.
Bicycle discounts do not apply to motorized vehicles, except a 2-wheeled bicycle.

All non-discounted items are charged at normal rates.
All eligible travel must commence on the dates noted in each spot promotion. Discounts do not apply to any alternate dates.

Discount codes will be applied to the applicable sailing parameters in the reservations system and will auto-apply to new bookings both through desktop and online.
Discounts will not change staircase pricing, the applicable discount will apply to the fare confirmed at the time of booking.
In the event of a schedule change or cancellation on behalf of AMHS, confirmed passengers on a discounted promotional sailing will be re-booked to the next available sailing and the confirmed discounts will be valid on the re-booked sailing. If customers choose to change their dates of travel on their own, discounts will not be honored.
