Kelsey Richards

Ms. Richards is the Administrative Assistant 1 for Central Region's Maintenance & Operations Chief.

Ms. Richards served 12 years in the U.S. Army (2011 - 2023) as a Human Resource Specialist. She served six years Active Duty, 6 years Active Reserves, and was Honorably Discharged as an E-6 (Staff Sergeant).

Her Unit Assignments included:

• 27th EN BN (C) (A) ( Fort Bragg, NC)
• USACAPOC (A) ( Fort Bragg, NC)
• 469th EN CO (Bentonville, AR)
• 3rd Chemical BDE ( Fort Leonardwood, MO)
• 4th Infantry Divison ( Fort Carson, CO)
