Mr. Brown works as an Administrative Assistant 1 in Central Region Utilities. He is admin for a section with 28 people.
Mr. Brown retired as a Staff Sergeant from the Army, where he served from May 1983 to June 2003. He served in South Korea twice, Alaska in two different locations, and in Colorado Springs.
Duties included:

- Adminstrative Non commissioned Officer (NCO)
- Company-sized Training NCO
- Postal Section Sergeant
- "and about 1,000 other jobs that consisted of 20 years of service"
