Professional services for a civil engineering design consultant to develop the Chena Lakes Recreation Area Bicycle and Pedestrian Access (FAST) from pre-design through environmental and Final PS&E. The scope of work will also include environmental services and documents, wetlands services, 106 services, design study report, preliminary and final PS&E, support during bidding, support during construction, utility support, and ROW support.
