All journey trades, crafts, and custodial personnel are called from and dispatched by the Public Employees Local Trades & Crafts 71 Union. This includes plant engineers, HVAC, electricians, electronics & controls, plumbers, carpenters, maintenance mechanics, equipment operators, general maintenance journey workers, storekeepers, painters, and laborers.
