This portal is being rolled out in phases, and we will continue to refine and improve it based on your feedback. Thank you for your patience as we implement the system and work to make it as effective and user-friendly as possible.
All ROW and Utilities staff have been set up with access as of April 22, 2026. New staff or other DOT&PF employees will need to request access to the permit portal before they can use the system.
To request access, please email Kelly Summers (kelly.summers@alaska.gov) with the following information:
Access is typically granted quickly; however, as there is currently a single administrator supporting requests, please allow up to two business days for completion before following up.
Navigate to Alaska DOT&PF Permit Portal and click Login in the upper right hand corner of the screen, then click the large blue Login using Secure Portal button.
