SE Alaska Mid Region Access Plan
The SE Alaska Mid Region Access Environmental Draft Study delivery plan and reconnaissance technical memoranda assess the feasibility of three potential mid-region access transportation corridors.
The Study addresses traffic projections, port feasibility, engineering feasibility, construction unit cost analysis, snow avalanche assessment, and operations and maintenance cost analysis and will provide a comparison of cost to construct, operate and maintain each of the three alternatives carried forward in the study. The study is posted below.
