DBE UTILIZATION: All projects financed all or in part with federal funds are required to provide Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) opportunity to participate fairly with other contractors in the performance of contracts. See applicable DBE specifications (Section 120 or Item G-120) for project specific race-conscious or program wide race-neutral DBE Utilization Goals. Projects with a race-conscious DBE Utilization Goal will include the goal amount in the Invitation to Bid.

Region(s):This state funded project will replace the exterior windows at Building 295 (Heritage Hall) at Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka, Alaska. This project includes four (4) additive alternates for window replacement in various locations around the building exterior.
more >This federally funded project will upgrade Seward Meridian Parkway to four-lanes and extend the roadway to Seldon Road. Project work includes five new traffic signals and intersection improvements, a bridge over Cottonwood Creek, separated pathway, and illumination.
more >The selected Progressive Design Build (PDB) team will provide preconstruction and construction services to design and construct a four lane, divided highway on Sterling Highway from MP 82.5 to 94. The proposed federally funded project will improve safety and reduce congestion. The PDB procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project. The initial contract award will be for design phase services.
more >Reconstruct the Old Richardson Highway and Richardson Highway intersection at MP 351 of the Richardson Highway. Work will include intersection improvements, bridge work, roadside hardware, drainage improvements, and utilities. Additional work includes construction of new frontage roads and reconstruction of a portion of Keeney Road.
