The Statewide Hydraulics Group is headquartered in the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities building at 3132 Channel Drive, Juneau, Alaska and is part of the Statewide Bridge Design Group.  The state hydraulic engineer is responsible for the hydrologic and hydraulic aspects of all bridge projects and hydraulic structures greater than 20 feet.
