Changing Contact Information

  1. From the main menu, select Change Contacts button.

    Changing contact information is the same regardless of whether the applicant is an organization or an individual. For an organization, the contact person is the person to get in touch with to have answers to questions regarding permits. For an individual, the contact is the individual. Both organizations and individuals can add alternate contacts to an applicant.

    The Change Contact menu screen appears.

  2. From the Change Contact Menu, select what you want to do:

Select the Logout button to exit the system.
