Seward Highway temporary closures planned
Closures will be from 9:30-10:30 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday through July

SEWARD HIGHWAY JULY TRAVEL ADVISORY

(ANCHORAGE, Alaska) – The Seward Highway will be closed from MP 99 to 100, just south of Bird Creek, between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on each Tuesday and Thursday, through July, for construction work. Closures will fall on the following dates: July 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, and 30.

At all other times, expect new traffic patterns with lane shifts, intermittent lane restrictions, flagging operations and minimal delays from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
