Add a simple “Honoring Native Languages” link to the Statewide Nav Bar that links to the ANLPAC page. This link would appear twice on every page, first at the top and again at the bottom. This solution would be the quickest form of implementation, task the least amount of resources, create a pleasant user experience, and provide the greatest visibility across the State domain.

Each SOA, Department, and Division would include a temporary introduction to the new link on their homepages. The blurb is publish for one month and is located just below the breadcrumb trail (if used), prior to the page content.
