The Planning Section is responsible for short and long range planning, and preparing the capital improvement program. Accomplishing this involves developing master plans, noise studies, terminal plans, siting studies, forecasts, advising on tenant development proposals, coordination with the Municipality, Federal Aviation Administration and others.
