Seismic Bridge Retrofit – Friction Pendulum Bearings Approved Multi-Year Public Interest Finding (PIF)

PIF Term:  3 Years, through April 30, 2016

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities has approved PIF #25-13-017-PIF to provide for the purchase of seismic bridge retrofit, friction pendulum bearing from Earthquake Protection Systems, Inc.  (EPS).   The PIF #25-13-017-PIF authority is granted to the Chief Bridge Engineer and is good for three years, through April 30, 2016, per the terms written in the PIF.  Bearing purchases can be made by DOT&PF from EPS per the terms written in the PIF.  The approved PIF can be accessed at:
