The Information Systems and Services Division (ISSD) supports the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities through development and maintenance of information systems. It is responsible for the delivery of information technology services such as business applications, geographic information systems, intelligent transportation systems, software engineering, systems architecture and design, server and database administration, desktop support, network services, and data center operations. The division is also responsible for planning, coordinating, procuring, contracting, training, monitoring, and securing information resources throughout the Department. ISSD works to optimize existing technology and implement new technologies that will improve productivity, manage costs, and meet the business needs of the agency.
