DOT&PF Announces Lane Restrictions for A-C Couplet Bridge

(ANCHORAGE, ALASKA) – The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities announced that a regular bi-annual inspection of the A-C Couplet Bridge will begin Wednesday May 2 and extend through the month of May.  The inspection will require the restriction of traffic to one lane across the bridge during inspection activities.

Inspection activities are scheduled for the following days:

May 2-4

May 7-9

May 17-22

May 23-24

May 29-30

DOT&PF asks that drivers be alert to flaggers and new traffic patterns, heavy equipment and inspection workers on the bridge and to please use extreme caution when approaching and traveling through the work zone.  Please refer to 511.alaska.gov and alaskanavigator.org for further detail and updates.
